how to play nba 2k21-24 any arcade edition on android?

I honestly enjoyed the game a lot and have played this game quite a lot. Like more than 12000+ matches. I own more than 200+ skins. The only reason I am giving it one star is coz of my recent experience with the thing called starlight chest. I opened 50 starlight chests and still didn't even get the normal starlight pass. Normal Starlight Pass is for 300 diamonds while 50 starlight chests will cost 500 diamonds. Not gonna spend a single penny in this game now

👍 Pros: easy to get a badge of the global and easy to get dias 👎 Cons: exchange of vanguard coins to dias is not counted on  the recharge event and cannot go to the recharge phase

can someone recommend me a good emulator/tools that can run smoothly on Android 13 and can play like PS4 something like that.
