Shepherd is a happy-go-lucky bounty Hunter. He has a focus on rush down gameplay and should be light and have a decent combo ability. One of his mechanics is that he can charge his neutral special which can fire off a charged projectile or it can use this store to power up his other specials, things like a side special help him move around the screen and can be amplified to have a spike. His gun is also able to create a energy blade which he uses for close range combat. His back air could either be some type of standard bat cake or more preferably shoot his gun backwards and propel himself forward

Sad part is the people above me 2/3 are simple Soccer Mode players, why are they allowed to be on ranked stars list? ....no joke one of them has 4000 games of soccer.....most likely against all bots.
