First impression :
- seen both game vid on the game page for Pocket Playfest this round and not fan both of them, but I test both anyways
This review based on my around 10 mins of gameplay
- potato phone friendly, my phone can play this game smoothly on default settings
- game feels finished, is this the official release version?
- I personally don't like the controls, there should be one button for action/use

Heaven Dust is a survival horror game that was originally released on Steam back in 2020. It really wears its inspiration, the original Resident Evil, on its sleeve as it takes place in a mansion that has been infested by a zombie virus. The PC version of this game actually gained enough attention to spawn a sequel two years after the first game.

To preface this review, today's game is Heaven’s Dust, this is arguably one of the most successful games to be ported in this event thus far, having a PC, Switch, Xbox, and now mobile version. The ratings for the game are astonishingly high, having a 9/10 Very Positive rating on Steam with 454 ratings, the Heaven Dust has a 4.4 star rating on the Xbox store with 36 reviews.

Resident Evil but isometric.
Heaven Dust is a survival-horror game with chibi art style and top down perspective.
You start the game defenseless in a huge mansion but soon find a gun, some ammo and herbs lying around. You have to constantly unlock doors and work around objects needed to open them. As there are only 6 slots in your inventory, you have to combine the stuff that you found or keep it in a chest near you.

A complete copy of Resident Evil, which literally copies everything, from faces, to even the plot and interface, without hiding it. Is it interesting? The first minutes, after which you lose even a minimal sense of novelty and you want to close the game (so as not to waste time on something that puts itself second-rate, like a copy of some document). I can afford for a good translation into Russian, and everything else has already been taken from the older brother, so it makes no sense to talk about it, because this is not the merit of this game. If I didn't have internet, I would play it, but even then I would get bored quickly.
