Last time I played Kingdom Rush was back in college. Iron Marines is made by the same team and retains the style of Kingdom Rush, but with even better production values and more exquisite graphics. While Kingdom Rush is a tower defense game, Iron Marines is an RTS game, though they share similarities. It used to cost $2.99, but now that it's available for free download, it's definitely a steal.

The game has a really similar feel to the game Red Alert. The game takes a setting in outer space that each level has different sets objectives that you need to fulfill to pass. I love the graphics of the game, and that there is a strong hero that we could use to breeze the levels. I love how the mechanics of the game works, and with an amazing comic storyline, it can get addictive to play.

Let me introduce you to this great 4X game. First, you have to explore the neon galaxy. Then, expand the territory on this bubblegum-coloured planet with each battle. And, exploit the marines and boost them up. Lastly, exterminate all the massive aliens. This sci-fi game didn't let me down. I like the little voice effects when moving troops. Once I try, I can put it down, haha.   

Iron Marines is an addictive strategy game with a frustrating lack of checkpoints. Part RTS, part tower defense, this sci-fi title has you command a crew of space marines as they take on alien threats on various planets. While you have several types of troops to choose from, including rangers and snipers, your primary unit is your hero. Heroes have access to a variety of special attacks and can easily move across maps, so they're an essential tool in your arsenal. You can also upgrade your hero over time to make them even more powerful.

I'm so amazed at this game. It has excellent graphics and unique gameplay. I like that they let the player choose the difficulty level. It also clearly explains the things that need to be done. I didn't encounter any kind of trouble playing it. With great gameplay like this, even if I have to spend money to unlock the other heroes, it's really worth it.

Iron Marines have that Kingdom Rush feel to it, but its actually a full scaped RTS. Lets see if the new Ironhide Game Studio game lives up to the high standards. Proper RTS on the Mobile This is as close as you can get to the actual PC RTS game on the mobile as you can, because of controls. You can build buildings, recruit troops, gather resources. There are special abilities on units and there are counters to those too. You will have to micro your troops sometimes to prevent their early demise.

As I played Iron Marines at some point I thought that I am playing a PC game, until incoming call interrupted my playthrough. Thats how good Iron Marines is. Iron Marines is an actual RTS game for the mobile devices and PC. You take role of a commander of special forces, that protects humanity from aliens that are trying hard to kill and eat everyone. Gameplay Gameplay consists of 2 parts: Strategic map and Tactical combat. On Strategic map you upgrade your troops, decide which hero to take with you, get consumables for the run and such. When you are ready, you select the level you want to play and the fun begins.
