To start, this comment will reveal Pros (Postive Comments) and Cons (Negative Comments) for the game.

Genshin Impact is an Open World RPG where you will be able to play different characters in game which allows accomodation for other players who prefer other play styles. Early Game content allows newbies or beginners to have a shot on getting a 5 start character (Rare Characters) since it is very generous on in the early parts.
Genshin do not only have an open world game but also have different stories accross its land. From major characters down to some of the minor characters.
As you go through Mid Game, primogems gets more scarce but they can still be earned in a daily basis. Primogems gets more scarce as you progress further and further since the main source of primogems are the storylines in the game.
One you reached the End Game content (not really end game, more like the end of the current story line), Some players get bored as nothing new is left.

PROS:
1.) Primogems can be bought using the "Welkin Moon" which is an investment method to gain more primogems in a daily basis over a month (Note: This costs real money). This way players can gain primogems faster without spending too much.
2.) End Game doesn't mean the end. The game supports a Co-op system where you can hop in on another's world.
3.) House decorating. Yes.
4.) Pity system. This allows players to gain a 5 star character after doing certain amount of draws. Players can also get a 5 star even before that said ceiling.
5.) Active Customer support. I once reported about an issue on an event that will expire in 2 days. They still responded and offered solutions.
6.) No energy limit. You can roam around the world and do every mission you can without energy restrictions.
7.) 5 stars doesn't mean overkill. It all goes down to how you can play the characyer well. In the current meta of the game (yes they exist), 4 star supports are the leading ones. (Just for reference, Characters are only classified as 4star and 5stars.)
8.) Monthly Events. These monthly events offer decent amount of primogems for players to obtain just by playing through these events.

CONS:
1.) Artifacts Grinding. Artifacts are objects that offer bonus stats for your characters. Obtaining a good one is rather tedious and time consuming.
2.) Primogems (for free to play or F2P). Some F2P players are casual which don't like grinding. Primogems for F2P players are rather scarce so enter the game and often causing them to have less 5 stard than the others who agreed to pay.
3.) IDK, Grinding again? End game content is filled with just grinding while waiting for new ones to come out.
4.) Some toxicity is involved. Some players have superiority complex in this game, just because they have a character deemed "Overpowered" or deal more damage to you, they'd talk trash to you despite the who started the game first and was able to get things earlier.
5.) Not all mobile devices can support it due to performance issues.
6.) I forgot what should be in here, but there should be a sixth.
