Needs work but shows a lot of potential. As this is still in alpha I'm scoring it accordingly.
At it's highest settings, the game is very pretty. Combat is satisfying, survival mechanics are fair, and there are lots of different materials and block styles to build your home with.
The crafting system is, for the most part, easy to understand and building is simple as well. Trying to relocate was somewhat confusing for me—I actually had to contact support (who was very responsive and friendly).
The in-game videos are very charming with their claymation style, and show that someone behind the scenes cares about this title. I am hoping they iron out the bugs and continue adding features. If they do, this will be a solid survival game.
