I am not sure if this will help but you can tap on your minis and choose a skill. If you just drag them then they get there skills in order. You can also tap the enemy minis to see there skills.if this dosent help then you can search clash mini tips and tricks your problem will propably be solved

you dont have to drag the minis. if you tap at them you can choose any upgrade you want. For further information, google "Kairos Time-Clash Mini"
