You can link your account to Google Play Games in the settings. Otherwise you will lose your progress in case of uninstalling the game. Just FYI Don't worry tho, the game will be updated soon, and your profile will be fine

I cant play too, It has the same problems with you we probably have to wait for tap tap to release the new version(2.3.1) dont worry that much though, tap tap has also been slow with the new update for genshin too in the past. so yeah we gotta wait :/
