Courier Station - Also a trade post

Logistics has always been an important part of our history as species. In Chinese history, the courier station was a place for officials to receive and distribute official documents, while giving them a place to rest and take care of their horses.

In Ballads of Hongye, reasonable resource allocation might be the most important thing for proper management of Hongye. It is not only reflected in the planning and utilization of resource production by players while playing a challenge land, but also reflected by city planning requirements after earning the right to rule new land.

Therefore, to enable diverse use of all resources during a challenge while improving the feeling of connection between Hongye and the challenge land, we have improved existing functions and added new ones to courier station. Here is the introduction to brand new courier stations:

In each challenge land, you can find ruins of a courier station and rebuild it;

The courier station immediately provides a bonus for all output in its respective land. When the courier station is connected with resource producing buildings by road, these produced resources will be sold instantly at the market value. You can claim your gold from the courier station whenever you need it.

When courier stations on the challenge land and its adjacent lands, you are free to transfer resources to the challenge plot through your Hongye base. You can even import the workforce and population with courier stations now.

There are two types of transportation you can use: land, which is cheap but time-consuming, or, air, which is faster yet expensive. Also note that certain weather conditions may affect these modes of transport too.

With the courier station, logistics are no longer an issue. Make your own Hongye by utilizing courier stations well and distributing resources is easy.
