ACE RACER CLOSED BETA IMPRESSIONS!

Ace Racer is a brand new upcoming Racing simulation game by Netease. The game features customization features that are somewhat surprising for a racing game as it allows you to create your own Original Character. The cars are designed well, and controls are highly responsive (almost too resposnsive in certain vehicles)

The game comes fully-loaded with multiplayer features, team functions, and several gameplay modes designed to keep you on the track! One of my favorite aspects of this game is the fact that it feels like more than just a racing simulator as the unique amount of customizations really takes this experience to the next level.

While somewhat buggy in the closed beta test, there isn't much wrong with this title at first glance.

Pros:

+ Customizable OC

+ Good pacing for races; not too fast, not too slow.

+ Easy to learn controls with high skill curve

+ Many customizable options for cars, characters, and gears.

+ Can play with friends

Cons

- A little buggy in current state; my character hair reverted to a default style on most screens.

- Controls may need a little tweaking in player sensitivity options; some cars are more difficult to learn than others

, I am a little disturbed with Netease at this time. if you go to Google Play store, you will see somewhere about 4 or 5 newly released Netease games, but yet no official release of Ace Racer! what is the hold up for a U.S. release of the game!? I too was a closed beta tester who has been anxiously, but patiently waiting to play Ace Racer again. i feel as if we have all been let down! It is definitely unfair how Ace Racer is being released & played in Asia, but us gamers in the U.S. whom would also like to compete in this race game, will be too far behind to even try for any leads boards!! COME ON NETEASE, RELEASE ACE RACER IN THE U.S. ALREADY!!!!
