Dev Talk [Anti-Cheat]
Greetings from the Dev Team,
Recently, we have noticed that some players have been employing third-party plug-ins, scripts, or other software in the game, which tremendously spoils the game environment.We have suspended some verified violated accounts and will continue suspending more violated accounts.
Currently, our Anti-Cheat system has been functioning normally. Some players used third-party plug-ins, or scripts to tamper with in-match data while the final settlement data WON’T be affected. Players involved in such matches can check their match records to confirm whether the match is settled correctly. If not, please contact our in-game Support Team.
Furthermore, players who find any suspicious matches can report them to our Support Team via in-game [Support] with the following required information:
1. Clear video clip(s) or photo proof of the violation, as well as the starting time of the violation action that occurs in the clip.
2. The cheater’s Nickname and 4-digit Tag (e.g., ABC#1234).
3. The cheater's played hero in the match.
If you find any disruptive plug-ins, scripts, software, etc. shared among the communities, please report them to our Community Moderators.
Maintaining a fair, square, and secure gaming environment is our invariable priority. To attain this goal, more Anti-Cheat solutions are being developed.At the same time, we are working on mitigating the negative gaming experience for the players who may have experienced unfair matches. Please rest assured that we are always dedicated to making ACM more enjoyable for players worldwide. More follow-ups on improving the Anti-Cheat System and gaming experience will be revealed soon.
