r u sure that it's bcoz of the game?? maybe ur device doesn't have the requirements to play those games, i think games made by netease r pretty much friendly for low end devices compared to games made by other companies like pubg and call of duty

I have preregistered 160+ games and played some of them. NetEase games always crashes and shit. Onmyonji, Super Mecha, this shitty game, you name it. I don't have problems with other company other than NetEase.
