The new matchmaking system is trash.
Like for real how am I supposed to play with the new characters that I got if all my enemies play lvl 9 or 10 characters. The new matchmaking system will make it impossible to play with new characters if they are still under lvl 6 and because of this you can't learn to play the new characters and you won't have fun playing them. It's also really annoying that you need to pick the character after you found a match because you sometimes won't be able to pick it because your teammates are loading in faster and then pick the character you wanted to pick.
Please just give us the old matchmaking system back. It worked fine so why change it?
