Yukiko Shiragi [Flash Party Character Design Submission!]

Simple Backstory: Yukiko Shiragi, a cheerful, flirtatious, and charismatic girl who aspires to be a famous actress throughout the world. Known for her charm and beauty at such a young age, Yukiko can be quite arrogant but those who know her well know her true colors and respect her for talent and skills. She recently has somewhat retired in order to continue her studies and graduate, but in reality, Yukiko wants to spend time for herself and improve on her fighting abilities.

Fighting: Yukiko is quite light and is able to be launched easily, however using her fans that was gifted to her by her twin brother, Yukiko is able to make up with her abilities to use winds attacks with her fans. She’s able to launch enemies into the air and able to create miniature windstorms and tornados to create distance between herself and her opponent in order to gain the upper hand. If she falls off the stage, Yukiko is also able to make a small tornado underneath herself to launch herself up, allowing herself to fly and glide, but this leaves her vulnerable for a really good time.
