I will have an actual review up for this eventually, I didn't touch on some issues I faced, such as an ad [sometimes unskippable] every time you click on single player, locking you into the settins you choose due to settings only being changeable at the menu. It also has semi dynamic lighting for explosions, how did I not notice that, those are my favourite.
Anyway the actual review will be out after I have had a chance to play with a friend on coop and when there's actually content to review. So do enjoy this change of form and I'm sorry for being too much of a tactical content creator during this.
First impression?
Decent, not comparable to swat 4 [obviously]. Compared to games like resurgence this game feels rather polished, the AI is decent, not great. The map design feels better than the first game. I would say 3 stars out of 5, it may be worth a try if you're itching for a refined feeling Swat experience on mobile, albeit with some jank.
