2 Problems after playing a game

I had 2 problems playing this
1. It lags and i can't set the graphics to low for better experience so please add that
2. I had this weird problem that the screen would freeze until you try to get out, it only happens when your on top of the neighbors main house like second house feels a problem
Im not hating it, i would like to have a better experiences
