This game is awesome but the devs are just randomly banning players and extort from them, like for example i already spent a lot of money on this game then they banned me for nothing and before i could continue playing my account i do need to spend more like what the hell?

they said i did some bug exploitation, they didn't even have evidence that i did what they say and I don't know any bugs that can be exploited, That's their mistake for over seeing that said bug It's not our problem, so unprofessional. send me some evidence that i did all of that allegations, if not give me a refund.
