Continental Chronicles of Novusaes: History of Human Race

Translate
Back in the Old World, humans were the most populous and powerful race. After the Great Migration, the human race, with their resilience and pioneering spirit, once again became the most influential  race in the New World, with the orcs and elves only being able to compete in terms of population and military power.
After more than a thousand years of reproduction and development, humans not only took control of the Guthandus Empire in the south, but also firmly dominated the three northern kingdoms, with the exception of the Kingdom of Nortouahe, thus showing the incomparable status and strength of humans on the Novusaes.
Due to the differences in beliefs and geographical location, there were also great differences in the personalities and habits of humans in the north and south. In the north, the human race was in a state of turmoil, with nations often fighting over resources and territory, which led to the northerners being tough, cheerful and impulsive. They were more willing to explore new lands and take on greater challenges than to remain isolated. In the south, where the Guthandus Empire was unified, the southerners were accustomed to order and self-control under the rule of royalty and the baptism of the Holy See. In contrast to the northerners, the southerners were more interested in "doing what has to be done" and "maintaining the status quo".
To sum up, in the eyes of the Southerners, the Northerners were "barbarians with no manners", while in the eyes of the Northerners, the Southerners were "hypocrites full of lies".
