long story short;
If you’ve played Dynasty Warriors before, this will probably be disappointing for you.
It’s still worth giving a try, it is a BEAUTIFUL game.
Were this game called anything else, I might have given it 5 stars. It plays out like an MMO with instanced dungeons and a linear storyline.
Having played Dynasty Warriors before; I honestly wanted a battle-field ARPG with large scale battles on an open map, das-it 🤷🏻♂️
After playing this game for 6 hours, I doubt I’ll ever find it. You go from skirmish to skirmish, with obtrusive cutscenes and (beautiful, like really beautiful, but) obnoxious cutscenes that stutter your gameplay.
Honestly should have just put MMO in the title, it would be more honest.
Great game but I feel let-down.
