After 1 year of grinding with f2p. I confirm that BA JP is the best, extremely friendly and generous doesn't block IP crap like Nexon. JP they give a lot of crystals after each routine maintenance (120 crystals/hour) and give a lot of gifts if the server is down for 1-2 days ( 3k+ Crystals + x10 tickets gacha). In short, recommend everyone to play the extremely friendly version of JP.
