One of the most Famous Arcade games has returned!? - Metal Slug Awakening!

A new mobile game from a past favorite Arcade game to the many other platforms.

This arcade game has a long history in the world of video games, and seeing it in this style, very much updated graphics and gameplay but also a Global version.

Today, we are looking at a game called Metal Slug Awakening.

With upgraded visuals that pay homage to its retro roots while introducing a fresh and captivating art style, the game brings a splendid visual presentation and abundant content, including a vast array of weapons, diverse battlefields, and various super-vehicles.

My Experience:

So, I have yet to play tons of Metal Slug games from the series, but this one is well-animated, and the gameplay controls are also very smooth!

Sadly, this isn't entirely out, but after my first several playthroughs of this mobile game, I am very impressed with how this turned out! Even though there is a gacha system to gain more weapons with the golden pick axe and earn more characters either by buying them or playing through the game and reaching them. 

What is fun is to see that every character is animated and does something different than what you see from the others, so every run can be extra depending on the characters you gain.

Honestly, this game would have been alot better if it wasn't just a big-time cash grab.

It takes a while to gain excellent weapons

Verdict:

Metal Slug: Awakening is living up to the series. At the same time, the battle pass and the cash grab are abit annoying to deal with, but ignore that. Then, this can become an excellent mobile game!

If you ignore the cash grabs just by playing the game regularly, you can earn good characters, weapons, and items to get through each area
