In the Era of the Gods, within the Sea of the Central Court.

In the divine realm, a colossal serpent was cast into the Sea of the Central Court as punishment from the gods. "What good is being in the divine realm?" the serpent pondered. She wished for a life as ordinary as the humans on the continent.

With this thought, glimmers of light shimmered in the waters of the Sea of the Central Court. Gradually, they enveloped the serpent, causing both the serpent and the light to vanish into the depths of the sea.

When she reappeared, the serpent found herself on a nameless stretch of shoreline in the adventurous continent. She had transformed into the form of a young girl, her memories fading, and alongside her, the Sacred Relic of Water - the Azure Dream. All of it sank into a slumber together.
