It doesn't work for me. I got the same result ('return to title screen' notification) when tapping the start button.

Sorry i can't Share the VPN name globally, i don't want Square Enix find out about it. I'll give you a clue, use non famous Stable VPN on Playstore or iOS then choose Server between Canada or Russia.
