nope I disagree it's not pay 2 win it's just a matter of persistence especially if you want to get the characters that you want, I mostly got the characters that's I want most especially archons because I always make sure to collect enough primos and I would usually wait for their banner to rerun and when it comes to artifacts your top up doesn't count because you will mostly grind the artifact in the domain you will not get it on top up what top up can only help you is by ensuring you can get the characters and weapons you really want especially 5 stars I've been a free to play player here since the start of the game until now but I've already cleared most of the contents of the game with out even using top up

it's not really pay to win my friend but yes you can easily get characters and weapons if you have money but getting things like good artifacts is hard even if you spend money buying resin to farm
