The anime characters are the only actual real reason people like playing this game. If you took that away, not a lot of people would play this. As much as I love Naruto, Dragon Ball, and the many other series this game takes characters from, I have to also assess the game's other features like gameplay, visual quality, performance, etc. And unfortunately, this falls short of what I'd expect from a mobile MOBA.

Wild Rift is the best MOBA, but if you can only afford to win then ML is the way. other than these two it is just some low-level game which feels the same as ML but with different heroes/champions.
