I've been playing The Division 2 on PC for the better part of a year. Have at least 900 hrs in that game. Resurgence really brings that high end game feel I've come to love in its older brother's version.
🎮 Gameplay: played about 8 hrs so far and look forward to more. I am using a controller and it sometimes feels as visceral and smooth as playing the division 2. I highly recommend playing with a controller w gyro as, imo, is the best way to play. There is some jank but as a beta, that's to be expected.
👍 Pros:
-gameplay is fluid
-levels are great
-rgp systems are good so far as it introduces a blend of new and old ideas from the 1st division game
👎 Cons:
-there is potential for a lot of brute forcing paid content, though if the game is large enough and the systems don't stay locked off, this may be a minor one
-graphics leave a lot to be desired. Admittedly I'm using a phone that can only run it on low setting. I'll change this once I can get my hands on a more powerful phone.
-Story also leaves a lot to be desired (so far). Most characters are unlikable and are very matter of fact with their c*newness. But just like it's big brother, I purely play these games for the rgp systems, gunplay and looting.
