tekken series are made for arcade (custom architecture on tekken 5 and past. recently x86 PC based), PC and console only. namco doesn't have any intentions making a one for ARM. even tho being made, the prices are expensive to buy (sry it just me to being poor lad)

phones can only run old tekken games.... till 6 or 7
