Have just started playing it and off the bat, I can pin point a few things in short: it needs some polishing. Here's my non-existent 2 cents review-
🟩Pros:
∆ Generous rewards for beginners. I like the typical gacha reward click-and-receive system, it's quite giving on that end .(Kind of reminds of Black Clover M)
∆ Character designs/limited-banners are beautiful. The alter-ego? A complimentary character-matching cat that appears before a summoning or at the event banners is super cute.
∆ VA and English Dubs make everything so much better. The translation isn't clunky but it's devoid of any nuance, very straight-forward prompt-like.
∆ Typical Auto function with 3x speed function available. Cool.
∆ Manage Cat Cafe=Wholesome 10/10
🟥Cons:
× Low gacha pull rates. Kind of understandable with the amount of rewards but on the long run, it's stingy.
× Buggy Tutorial.
× Random blue screen with a table after the cutscenes.
× Some graphics like icons, sprites of a character become very grainy.
× World building is choppy at best, the characters are called 'felinene-woman' even though they have names, bland-soup NPC-looking R characters (they just crowd the gacha pool), the design feels off at certain points (the fonts look off, maps look unfinished even with hiked graphics, animation of falling and jumping is weird etc)
× Needs MORE variety with playable characters to compliment the story. Devs, if you all are listening: PLEASE throw in some MALE UNITS too, because the entire plot looks like a fever dream. Make us want to ACTUALLY pull for memorable characters. Like a ratio of 7:5 female to male units. Cuz right it just feels like a mixed speghetti of maid cat robot/cafe/cat-waifus and 1 Mysterious Mr. K :/ 3/10 in world building & plot, makes me want to skip the story and just log in and collect rewards.
