ok the best way I found it to work is to download latest APK file from chrome, make sure it is an xapk file and version 2.0.28, which is the latest, download it and install it with an xapk installer from Google play or any respective app store you use. if you need a detailed picture guide then I can post it. it is working and it wasn't easy, it's worth it if you can get it to work but let me just say it's a process for sure.
