Taec - God Whisperer - Eternal Evolution

⚔️Ultimate Skill - Arcane Meteor: Taec applies Arcane marks to enemies in the selected area, then consumes all layers and attacks marked enemies. For each Arcane mark layer, Taec attacks the enemy with a single meteor, dealing damage.
🔸Talent Effect: Allied Atlas heroes, when actively casting Ultimate Skills, will also apply additional layers of Arcane marks to the targets.
⚔️Common Skill - Runic Blast: Taec wraps himself in lightning runes, creating a barrier. Taec receives a Thunder Shield: Reduces all received damage.
The Shield then explodes, causing damage and knocking back targets. If there are no enemy targets within the detonation radius, then the bearer of Thunder Shield restores Energy or Rage.
🔸Talent Effect: While Thunder Shield is active, deals damage to targets around equal to a certain percentage of Taec's ATK every few seconds.
⚔️Common Skill - Mystic Rush: Taec unleashes their rune powers, causing damage to enemies in the area.
🔸Talent Effect: Applies additional layers of Arcane marks to the affected target.
⚔️Passive Skill - Sea of Knowledge: Each time Taec deals damage to an enemy, the subsequent damage Taec deals to that enemy is permanently increased.
Taec inflicts additional damage to Large Summons.
🔸Talent Effect: At the start of the battle, Taec's ATK increases for each allied Atlas hero.
💡[Exclusive Equipment: Ritual Manuscript]💡
1: Runic Blast Enhancement: All allies with Thunder Shield can trigger an explosion.
2: Mystic Rush Enhancement: When hitting 3 or more targets, instantly resets the CD of Runic Blast.
3: Sea of Knowledge Enhancement: While Taec is on the battlefield, the damage received by all allied Atlas Energy heroes in a single attack can't be more than a certain percentage of their Max HP.
4: Arcane Meteor Enhancement: If a certain number of layers of Arcane marks are consumed on the same target, additionally attacks the target with a huge meteor, dealing damage to the target and the enemies around it.
