bro I'm from indian too, sea mean South east Asia . in india when it was released it was under the company crunchyroll but the they removed it from india and hence we do not get in any update , I'll complete the version I have downloaded and might take us or eu (which might have more ping bcz the servers are far but it will get updates unlike the one which I have currently)
