haha! quem disse isso? eles lançaram o beta global há alguns meses, mas acabou, então tenho certeza que eles lançarão este jogo globalmente e também um jogo como esse leva tempo para sair, não é um jogo comum.

There is base but not building. I'm not sure about weapon crafting but you can purchase weapons and stuff from the base. Yes, I think there will be vehicles to drive as you go further. This game is in beta test currently. Thank you so much for watching btw. :)
