Giving a no-effort 5-star selector is a genuine Kuro thing, and honestly, there aren't many companies as generous and sincere as Kuro Games. They truly make an effort to listen to and understand their player base before make an update live. One of their earlier titles, "Punishing: Gray Raven," is a great example of an well-prepared game. Although it has undergone numerous updates, where it can be overwhelming for newbies, but it compensated with a hood of rewards and great opportunities for non-spenders to earn gacha currencies and enjoy plenty of the game content without having to scratch their heads.

I found it cool to have an exclusive selector in Wuthering Waves as well. Being able to play with your chosen character makes the gameplay much more desirable and engaging. I chose Jianxin and used the provided currency to pull for her 5-star gauntlet and fortunately, was enough lucky to receive the weapon on a 50/50 pull.

I hope to experience better performance in future updates.

Yeah, as my past experiences says, majority of the five stars would most likely have their signature weapon, even if that's not implemented in the current patch, it would soon be rolled, you can confirm it with other players more invested and knowledged about this game. The weapon I pulled for my Jianxin was featured as one of the five star weapon selector in the game.

For now, I want to take my leisures to enjoy before things get tediously grindy ( which I'm sure would happen soon ) and besides that, I found her adorable and passionate. Even before they announced those free selector, I had my eyes on her, therefore not having a selector wouldn't make much difference as I'd still pull for her and wouldn't regret at all.
