I thought the sinners in Kaeya's profile were the cursed people of Khaenri'ah but apparently they were 5 specific people, one of which was Dainsleif's older brother.

"Sinners" are people who accepted the call of the Abysse becoming transcendental beings in the process and together ("The Visionary" to be exact) they made the–today's known as "Abyssal Order". The prophecy of Fontain and the creature Narwhale being the pet of one of the "Sinners" , Albedo also being the creation of one of the "Sinners" all makes sense now, they sow seeds of fate or that's what I want to call them.
