I am not pro. But I have experienced for a year. So I can share you what I have.
1. Give cooperation. 2 Skin doesn't matter skills matter, well skin have some point. 3 Don't spend money in any game.
4 If you can't control ur emotions, then don't play.5 Learn the usage of builds and combined build which is suitable to u for the hero.

2. Learn basic roations
3. Always use your mini map
4. Join team fights if possible
5. Learn combos
6. Learn about spells, items, and emblems
7. Learn about metas
8. Don't feed
9. Don't be greedy
10. Don't blame other players if you know a part of it is your fault.
11. Use practice mode on other heros.
12. Work more on your decision making.
13. Learn how to gank.
14. Try invading or lane cutting if your using a strong early game hero.
15. Don't take jungles early game to help your core reach lv. 4 early.
