that's just how every moba game plays? well actually a lot of games have a toxic community, if you don't like that then you could just turn off the chat and also every rank game has this thing called a hardstuck it means you get stuck in a rank because the enemy players are just to good or teamates are just bad. You can get out of this curse by just being lucky and git gud!
