Lucy will be obtainable for FREE through an event
A lot of people are wondering how Lucy and Piper will be obtainable. We know that both of them have been confirmed for 1.0 and we also know that neither is featured on the 1.0 banners. The image above from the Special Programm already confirms Lucy will be given for free as an event reward. It is likely that Piper will also be obtainable for free through some form of ingame reward.
