For a gatcha type game it is extremely fair, in general you can get all characters as free to play, but they will take a while to develop. If you ever fear you have lost your account after a reinstall, you probably just have to change your server, which is not overly intuitive...that could be done better. Overall it has been a pleasure to play and while initially the art style didn't resonate with me, it has grown on me over time.
