Access to Changli skills at anytime and check the 40% dmg buff which ignores target deffence
I'm not sure if many ppl know about this but u can find out more about Changli skills and resonance chain by going to gallery then crossing stars
Unfortunately that 40% deffence ignore dmg is only available after you get all the copies of her which is kinda disappointing as i heard alot of ppl pulling her just for that buff. You still get 15% deffence ignore dmg through her skills though but it won't be as effective as 40% or in other word if you spend crazy money
I hope kuro games stay away from these tactics as they're absolute not fair for f2P players
