asphalt 9 still the same?
It's just a rebrand. Game is still the same. The free car they gave out is useless compared to the 5th anniversary one. Not to mention the graphical settings still cannot be fine tuned and is pre set. Default now has like a render resolution of 50% and makes looking ahead a pain. Compared to before where default settings is fine. Nothing really changed and we still get ads after races. Like how greedy can you be to make us watch ads after a race? Game is already hella pay to win due to how you get vehicles. With majority of them being locked out and grinding for them in events are either 1~2 cards or your barred from joining unless you swipe that card. There isn't really much to comment about a game that's practically the same when it released back then. It's just a rebrand to save the asphalt IP from obscurity due to how over monetized it is. Just play but don't give them a single penny. Cuz the monetization is abysmal. And it's been going like this for years.
(Even asphalt 8 isn't the same anymore. It's been monetized to hell)
