“The game doesn’t run well on Mobile” (read Below For Context)

~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~ Disclaimer: this in not a post to shit on people who are actually having a bad experience and technical issues with the game, this is just an explanation and a prospective.

I’v noticed many posts and videos complaining and telling people that this game doesn’t run well on Mobile devices (without context, proof or full explanation), so I’ll explain how that statement is both correct and not correct right now to shed some light on the matter.

1. The game runs very well on high-end Mobile devices & Tablets such as the IPhone 15 Pro Max shown in the video.

2. The game doesn’t run well on low-end mobile devices or tablets, most of these don’t even support 60 FPS not do they have the storage capability or power to handle newer games in general.

3. The obvious recommendation (from my own opinion) is to try the game on a PC or Ps5 (Console) for the best optimal gameplay experience (with controller is 100% better too).

4. I understand that many people dislike the game, or even dislike the developers. This is not an issue nor is it wrong, everyone is entitled to their own personal opinion and choices, but let’s not spread lies about the quality of the games, or how they run on devices they are optimized for.

… I apologize for the kind of long post, just wanted to clear things up, yea some weaker devices wont run this game well (even weaker PCs, not just mobile devices) but most of the new ones run it great 👍🏼.

I play Genshin and Honkai on my cell phone, Zzz is not compatible with my cell phone, so I downloaded an apk, but it starts the first time fine, it runs reasonably well, but then after After about 3 hours of gameplay, it crashes and doesn't open anymore, so I have to reinstall and download it every time I play

As i said to all the Android users, as i am playing ZZZ mostly on Ps5 i really don’t know what is going on on Android much. I have encountered many who are complaining about this issue and all i can say is that you may find more information on youtube and Reddit about this issue, it seems many Android users are facing it which is definitely bad :(. Also if you can i suggest playing it on PC or consoles, if not then check the information online and hopefully there is a solution, even from the zzz team on twitter (X) if possible.

my phone literally can't download ZZZ from google playstore, yet it lags less than other hoyoverse games, which are accessible to me

There is an issue with Android phones being not compatible with ZZZ specially after the recent update, i’m not sure why but try asking around the Hoyoverse app or searching for videos on youtube for answers, it is definitely a bad experience for players who want to play.

I don’t have an android device but i have seen videos on YouTube and Reddit talking about some android phones having compatibility and connecting issues withe the game, search for those videos online i’m sure you will find one to help you with this issue.

If it’s an Android phone then there are issues with compatibility on them for some reason, watch a yt video some people posted solutions but i suppose it depends on which phone you have.

Yeah, my phone can run the game on High 60fps but I put it on mid 60fps so my phone won't go hot fast. After the new update I keep experiencing fatal frame drops during combat often almost causing me to lose so I have to wait for the next updates hoping that they fix it.
