Loading issue after the new update!

Hey!After the new update the game does not open.In the loading screen it says "something went wrong please try again"and when I click on it just exits I have tried for several times but still the same response.it was running fairly smooth on my device with the lowest graphic setting and I am using a oppo 2020 model.Doe anyone have a solution or the devs please fix it I have mentioned about this issue in playstore but still I have got no response.
