Hi guys I tried to contact Activision for this problem but they don't answer I don't understand if I have the wrong email or if it's them who don't answer? Is there anyone who has the same problem as me that can you contact Activision?

you would need a new phone. it's like a gaming PC or laptop if it can't handle the graphics you can't play it. it sucks but it is what it is
