In rank mode, you shouldn't let players use unfamiliar heroes or first-time heroes, it's one of the reasons our game experience sucks. Let the player learn the hero first in a certain match in normal mode, or gain a hero badge before they can use it in rank. And those experiencing a lose streak shouldn't also be in the rank game. Let them play normal mode or let them cool down so they are in their right mind. Losers act like fools, even trolling. I know losing is part of the game but "I would rather lose with good teammates than some squammy player"
