Is it a coincidence or not about the Weapon banner in Wuthering Waves?

I mean, a lot of posts on social media ( reddit and Fb ) shows that players get the character's signature weapon through single pull a lot( even with low pity ). And somehow I tried( I was broken with only 2 pulls left ), and I did get the weapon at 42 pity. I am not convincing you guys to gamble here😂, just want to share what happened.

they changed pull rate I lost 50/50 at 80 pull and got her at another 60 pull I lost my F2P.....

Meanwhile I'm way beyond 80, and still couldn't get it. Got chengli on 60 lol. They changed pull rate for Whales or what?

wait what? Are you sure? cause I really haven't seen anyone with pity 77 or more on both banners. For the pull rate, ngl, all games feel like they change it for the whalers lol.
