【What to Do if You Encounter Download or Installation Failures?】

If you experience issues with downloading or installing the game, it may be due to the following reasons:

1. File Corruption: The download file might be corrupted. Please redownload and try installing it again.

2. Insufficient Storage: Your device may not have enough storage space. Clear some space to meet the requirements. For details on storage requirements, refer to the configuration requirements.

3. Device Compatibility: Your device may not meet the recommended configuration. Android devices need version 7.0 or above, while iOS devices need version 11.0 or above.

4. Network Issues: Your network environment might be unstable. Try downloading and installing the game in a location with a stable network connection.

【Do I Need to Download Additional Data After Installing the Client?】

After installing the client, you will need to download approximately 0.5GB of additional data the first time you enter the game, once the server is live. Survivors, please be patient during this process. Those who have pre-downloaded the data in advance will be able to enter the game directly once the server is up. Please note that there may still be updates to download when the game officially launches.

【What to Do If You Encounter Crashes During Gameplay?】

If you experience crashes while running the game, please ensure that your device meets the recommended configuration requirements. If the issue persists, try the following steps:

1. Restart your device.

2. Close other apps running in the background to free up some memory, then restart the game.

3. On the login screen, click the [Repair] button in the upper right corner for repair options.
