Jump: Assemble – A Mixed Bag of Nostalgia and Missed Opportunities

Translate
Jump: Assemble is a way too ambitious game when plays the attempt to compact all the characters from the Jump universe into a multiplayer battle arena. As much as the game is an interesting concept, it fails somehow in realizing it hence remaining a game which may not fully satisfy some of the enthusiasts.
The biggest draw of Jump: Assemble, of course, its flunk of iconic characters. Whether it is Goku, Naruto, etc., the game does a great justice in portraying these heroes and the villains in this manner that the fans will love. The character models are tangible and the movements smooth and fluid capturing the feel that each character possesses. The extra for fans of Jump’s extensive library is simply amazing, for getting to see their favorite characters go at it.
The gameplay, however, is where Jump: Assemble starts to falter The twelve-minute number begins to weary the audience even though the instrumental part of the last track was pleasant and interesting, thanks to the combination of the shy lyrics and the lyrical melody that is somewhat reminiscent of the songs of Roxette and Enigma. From a control perspective the controls are crude and sometimes unresponsive and this is a problem in a visceral fight scenes scenario. It is not very complex at the same time the complexity is not enough to sustain most players for weeks or months. The structure of the fights can become monotonous and very soon there is only small variation between each battle.
The following problem may also be attributed to the product: Another concern is the fairness. The problem of feeling too powerful comes down in the playing field and makes the matches themselves feel unfair due to the strong and weak characters. This makes the play more considerate for choosing a character rather than the actual ability of the players on the game.
Despite these flaws, Jump: Assemble has the possibility. It’s fantastic to see all the characters together and there is definitely great show here, especially in visuals. With some minor changes in the gameplay and balance it has the potential of being much more fun.
In summary, Jump: Assemble is a game which is suitable to purchase for fans of Jump, but in order for Assemble to become a game that is enjoyable and can compete with other multiplayer games, there are some improvements that need to be made for it to reach its full potential.
