So many bots, no matter how good you play they will pair you up with a feeding bots to artificially decrease your rank.
No PH dedicated server so latency is an issue.
Some heroes like Mai is locked behind a MLM type of event which encourage scammers. It is really uncompetitive to lock heroes without alternate options on buying on a MOBA.

I have never met bots in hok. Some heroes like Mai, ukyo,nakoru(ig) and Charlotte being kept behind an event is sad but they will bring that event again and again. currently grandmaster rank
