Free City a.k.a city of outlaws, you guessed it right, same game different name. I see lot of negative comments about game. Let me share my opinion.
Alright, the game: It's not exactly the same, added few changes here and there. Level design changed a bit, weapon equipment also changed.
Stages have some changes. Graphics are low now due to making more compatible for all users. Also, I felt outside environment empty but if you play storymode inside environment is a lot to give it feels good.

This game is truly amazing. I'd like to recommend this game as one of the best GTA alternative on mobile. Very good graphics for everyone & W story mode. Open world mechanics is descent, cool voices & sounds. I specially liked the story mode in the game. Npcs are a bit similar to GTA SA. It would be better if developer added peeking option in the game. Imo Overall this game is W.
