We all somehow know about Schrödinger's cat: a cat can be alive AND dead until we open the box to find out. So I knew immediately that it was a cat when some girl called Anna Schrödinger dropped a box at my front door. However, I did not expect it to be literally half alive and half dead.
I am going to be straightforward about what this game is about: puzzles. The game's artstyle may be cute like a cartoon for kids, but the puzzle design itself is not easy. The gameplay is not that straightforward. Luckily there're plenty of hints when you start to cluelessly tap around. Also, you get to customize your own cat, including the name and the appearance. I gave mine a mustache because I always wonder why cats' whiskers have to be white.

Kitty Q A Quantum Adventure is an escape-room where you use outside-the-box thinking to solve puzzles in an odd world with quantum physics themes. It's unusual not only because the puzzles are approachable and visual appealing but because they each reference observations, experiments and phenomena from this strange field of science.
Play involves exploring the rooms to collect items and interact with objects to solve puzzles. This might be changing the temperature of a fridge to melt ice and freeze flies. The challenge isn't easy but aimed to be approachable for young teens.
